School Policy

Fees:

We operate on a per-term basis. Once you book a term, the full fee becomes due. This secures your slot, confirms our teachers’ schedules, and maintains consistent lesson quality. Payments are processed via Stripe and may be made in a lump sum or monthly instalments.

Cancellations:

Cancellations cannot be rescheduled. However, in the unlikely scenario that a teacher must cancel a lesson, we will either arrange a make-up lesson or issue a refund for that session.
