Fees and Payment Structure
We operate strictly on a per-term basis.
Once you agree to book a term, the full fee for that term becomes due. This policy secures your lesson slot, confirms our teachers’ schedules, and ensures consistency and quality of tuition.
Please note that we do not offer pay-as-you-go or lesson-to-lesson payment options.
All payments are processed via Stripe and can be made either in a lump sum or by monthly instalments as outlined below.
Payment Methods
Method 1 – Lump Sum
The full term fee must be paid before the first lesson in order to begin the term. Failure to pay before this date will result in your place being forfeited and offered to another student on the waiting list.
Method 2 – Monthly Instalments
Term fees may be divided into three or four monthly instalments, which are automatically processed via Stripe.
If a payment fails or is not received by the due date, lessons will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared. Continued non-payment may result in the permanent loss of your lesson slot.
Trial Period
Trial Period (3-Week Trial – €60)
We offer a 3-week trial for new students at a fee of €60.
Once you agree to begin the trial, payment for the full 3 weeks becomes due before the first trial lesson.
At the end of the trial, if you wish to continue, the full fee for the remainder of the term must be paid before the next scheduled lesson in order to secure your ongoing place.
Cancellations and Make-Up Lessons
Cancellations by students cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
In the unlikely event that a teacher must cancel a lesson, the school will either:
-
Arrange a make-up lesson at a mutually suitable time, or
-
Issue a credit or a refund for the missed session.
